At (one of the US leading juice and beverage manufacturers), created and delivered custom training to accompany a major upgrade of their enterprise asset management system (EAM).  This training was delivered at multiple locations, coincident with a rolling go-live schedule, resulting in seamless transitions and no loss of productivity at all plant locations.

At the United States Food and Drug Administration, created and delivered innovative training and exercise materials to share Food Defense best practices across the world.  These outreach efforts targeted combined audiences of government ministry officials, university professors and participants from the food industry.  This outreach has resulted in workshops attended by over 1000 people from over 50 countries and an annual award from the FDA.
