At (a major value added fruit and vegetable supplier), created a Project Management Office (PMO) to change the way projects were implemented, with the goal of improving the success rate of New Product Development (NPD) projects.  The professional project managers of this team grew to take on all “troublesome” projects as well as major capacity expansion and product introductions.  One project combining product introduction and capacity expansion required the construction of 5 new manufacturing lines in four states in five months, simultaneous to the rollout of 22 new SKUs, achieved on time and on budget.

At (a large government/military organization), developed customized methodology and training for project management.  We developed the design and are implementing a PMO with custom methodology, tools and EPMS to include Project Server, Project Portfolio Server and SharePoint integration.  The project initially began with custom SharePoint solution to track and manage the customer’s project portfolio which has grown into a full PMO solution with a custom EPMS implementation to manage a portfolio with an annual spend in excess of $300 million.

At (a large public hospital system), led a Project Management Office design, installation project and managed the interim operations.  Include in the implementation were custom project methodologies, tools, EPMS (Enterprise Project Management System – MS Project Server with SharePoint), staff training and tracking and reporting metrics.  After concluding the successful implementation, we were asked to remain to serve as Deputy Program Manager for a 2-year, $25mil application replacement program.
