At (a major snack food company), executed startup management roles for >$25 million construction projects to enhance capacity and roll out new snack products.  Responsible for all training, staffing and startup activities including preventive maintenance and MRO functions.

At (a major value added salad producer), researched, tested, and implemented ultrasonic sealing technology on traditional heat sealing vertical form/fill baggers.  In addition, worked with a film producing company to develop a film with both heat and ultrasonic sealing capabilities.  Purchased over 80 new or retrofitted baggers with ultrasonic capabilities across 5 facilities.  Responsible for all facets of the project including budgeting, costing, research, development, procurement, and training.
